Pretty Little Thing...
We're not planning to toss a garter during our wedding, but that doesn't mean I won't wear one! Katie over at Random Reflections of a Perfectionist is hosting a giveaway for a handmade couture garter from Florrie Mitton's etsy shop. Personally, I'm loving the innocence spot tulle garter and I hope I win!
