This is what everybody says, but it really is crazy how fast time has flown by. We're in the midst of a long engagement (about 20 months total) but we're already past the 12 month mark! Only 245 days to go!

Engage-aversary!
I hope everyone had a fun Super Bowl Sunday! Steve and I aren't big football people so we didn't do anything special for that. We did, however, celebrate our engage-aversary! Exactly one year ago yesterday, Steve got down on one knee in front of our friends and a few family members to ask me to marry him! (Read the whole story here). We were originally going to go back to the restaurant where it happened--Sueños--but since it was cold and I was feeling lazy, we decided to stay within Brooklyn. We went to a yummy Peruvian restaurant instead and caught some of the Super Bowl while there.
