Seriously, in the midst of wedding planning craziness (like our save-the-date madness this week, which has improved since my last post! I'll share later today...) it's really awesome to have you guys as readers and friends! Thanks for all of your comments lately, especially in my Haiti Relief post. Unfortunately, since writing that post, Steve and I found out that three of his distant family members in Haiti did pass away. Steve wasn't close to them but his parents obviously knew them. It's just terrible, but we're all thankful for those who have made it and we hope all of these donations help get Haiti the aid it needs!
I'm supposed to write 5 things that I love to do, and pass this on to other bloggers. Here goes!
I love to (in no particular order):
1. Eat delicious food. It's Restaurant Week in NYC next week and I have three reservations!
2. Read, write and blog.
3. Sing. (Though I haven't done much of it since college. I miss it!)
4. Travel.
5. Sleep in on days off.

I’m so sorry to hear about his family members. My heart goes out to you and all who are suffering. It’s truly tragic, and our friend and groomsman still has no idea whether some of his family members survived. It’s a heartbreaking situation.

Sorry to hear about his relatives. I can't imagine how much people are hurting right now. I hope the international community continues to help out months from now when the media craze has died down.

Congrats again. I'm so sorry to hear about Steve's family. This is an awful situation, but I feel good that the international community does seem to be stepping up so far.
