Our Cran-Lemon Wedding: Details! (Part 2)

While Steve and I took photos alone and with our bridal party, our maitre d and DOC made sure our ceremony space was all set up. We'd paid a fee to have our ceremony at our venue, which included the white flowers and tulle that lined the aisle. It was nice to not have to worry about decorating the outdoor ceremony area. I didn't mind that the flowers weren't in our color scheme. The white flowers were beautiful and the ceremony set-up was simple and elegant. It helped that the weather was gorgeous on our wedding day.

The only thing we had to worry about providing for the ceremony were the programs. Remember when I said I wanted to make a program poster? I envisioned something like this:

Here's how ours came out:

I designed them in Power Point, using the same fonts, colors and graphic as our invitation. I printed them at home on legal sized paper that I got from Paper Presentation and folded them into thirds. Then I arranged them in a basket with a sign I also created, and they were placed on a table outside for our guests to grab.

My mom made the linen square that's underneath the program basket. You'll see where else we used them when I share our reception details!

Here's proof that at least one person (my grandpa!) read our program :):

Up next: our ceremony begins!

Catch up!
