A view of the ceremony space from where our guests enteredThe only thing we had to worry about providing for the ceremony were the programs. Remember when I said I wanted to make a program poster? I envisioned something like this:
Here's how ours came out:
I designed them in Power Point, using the same fonts, colors and graphic as our invitation. I printed them at home on legal sized paper that I got from Paper Presentation and folded them into thirds. Then I arranged them in a basket with a sign I also created, and they were placed on a table outside for our guests to grab.
My mom made the linen square that's underneath the program basket. You'll see where else we used them when I share our reception details!
Here's proof that at least one person (my grandpa!) read our program :):

Up next: our ceremony begins!
